Making sure your patients are enrolled in their best plan option is important for both patient and pharmacy throughout the year, but especially during Open Enrollment. We’re excited to announce the release of a new benefit to help you save time and bring in twice as many patients with iMedicare: Phone call and text message outreach.
This exciting new benefit available to help your pharmacy reach out to patients can be found in the custom patient lists within the ‘opportunities tab’ after logging into your account. In addition to the custom letter templates, you now have the option to schedule phone calls and text messages to your patients. Scheduling the messages was designed to save your pharmacy time and is as simple as this:
- Choose the wording of the message
- Pick the time and date your patients will receive the message
- Decide if you’d like to send the message to all patients on the list, or select specific patients who you’d like to reach out to
- Send away (The message even comes from your phone number!)
